While far away from everything else (about 500 km from Sydney), Warrumbungle National Park in New South Wales, Australia has more to offer than many other parks, including great hiking, fantastic landscapes, and lots of stargazing opportunities.
If you plan on visiting a very easily accessible Wadi Dayqah Dam and actually looking for something way more challenging, and don’t want to drive somewhere further, this is the place for you.
The trip to Fazayah beach was one of the Khareef highlights. Must visit.
